Healthy Simulation Administration - A Conference for Administrators.

A. Online Registration:

If you paid by credit card, you may cancel your online participation of HealthySimAdmin with a full refund anytime up until 12:00 PM PST October 15th, 2012. No refunds will be issued for online registration cancellations made after this date and time.

If you paid by check, please request a cancellation by October 15th, 2012 for a full refund minus a $35.00 processing fee by emailing Lance@HealthySimulation.com. No refunds for registrations made by check for online registration will be issued for cancellations made after this date and time.

B. Studio Audience Registration:

If you paid by credit card, you may cancel your registration and receive a full refund by notifying Lance@HealthySimulation.com by 12:00 PM PST September 28th, 2012. No refunds for an in-person event registration will be issued for cancellations made after this date and time.

If you paid by check, you may cancel your registration and receive a full refund minus a $35 processing fee by notifying Lance@HealthySimulation.com by 12:00 PM PST September 28th, 2012. No refunds will be issued for in-person registrations cancellations which were paid by check after this date and time.

C. Recorded Sessions Video Subscribers:

If you are unable to stream the videos or have other technical difficulties, a full refund will be provided if our technical support cannot ensure connectivity. Otherwise, no refunds are provided after purchase of online content has been made.
